Several years ago, a neighbor wanted to purchase my house; but, at that time I was not ready to sell. I later saw a condo that suited my needs in a gated community. I was ready to sell. I contacted this neighbor but he could not buy due to new zoning. He wanted to turn my house into a two family. His wife said she has a brother who is a broker down the street. I said I wasn’t interested in a broker and really wasn’t interested in selling. I changed my mind. About a half-hour later there is the wife with a man and woman at the door. Her brother the broker, and his wife. I told them I wasn’t interested and didn’t want them to come in but didn’t know how to say “no”. They came in, and talked about how wonderful the company is, how they could sell my house within days and I didn’t believe a word he was saying. I kept saying I didn’t want to sell and he said he could get top dollar. Still didn’t believe him. After about an hour to get rid of him I finally said “ok”. Well, the next day after I listed, an offer came in for practically the asking price but unfortunately the buyer also wanted to make it a two family which new zoning law would not allow. To make a long story short, George sold my house! I never thought he could! Breezes Brokerage gave 110%! They worked so hard on my behalf, they were there at my beck and call, they were NEVER too busy for me! They answered all my calls, answered all my questions, they sat down with me when I was discouraged, they were always upbeat. They really did what they said they could.
